For what purpose do we process your data

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of concluding or performing a sales or service agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), handling complaints, fulfilling tax, reporting, and other legal obligations imposed on the Company (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Your data is also processed for the purposes of pursuing claims arising from concluded contracts, protecting against claims, conducting statistics, and carrying out marketing activities (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The legal basis for this processing is the Company’s legitimate interest in recovering outstanding payments, protecting the Company’s reputation, preventing unjustified claims, conducting financial and sales analyses, and promoting the Company’s business to support its development.

Your personal data may be processed both in physical document form (invoices, warehouse documents, warranty cards) and in electronic systems (emails, accounting and sales systems, backup copies).

How long we store your data

Your data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract, fulfil our warranty obligations, comply with accounting and tax regulations, and until the expiry of any potential claims.

If the processing is based on your consent, the data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

Who we share your data with

While performing our duties, your data may be made available to external entities such as payment processors, couriers and postal operators, IT system providers, legal service providers, and public authorities authorised to receive your data under applicable law.

Your rights

Providing your personal data is always voluntary; however, it is necessary for us to conclude a contract with you or fulfil our obligations arising from it.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data and request its rectification or deletion,
  • request restriction of processing,
  • obtain information on the scope of data processing,
  • request the transfer of data provided to us.
